Fudge: Mrs. See’s

Butter one 9″ x 14″ pan.

In heat-proof bowl or stainless steel pan, add the following:

  • 1 large + 1/2 package of Chocolate Chips
  • 30 large Marshmellows
  • 1/2 pound Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 2 Cups Chopped Nuts

Set the above aside.

In a heavy saucepan, combine the following:

  • 1 large can Condensed Milk
  • 4-1/2 Cups Sugar

Bring to a boil and cook 8 minutes at a rolling boil, stirring constantly.

Pour the milk/sugar mixture over the marshmellow/nut mixture and stir to dissolve.  Quickly pour into buttered pan.
