Macaroni and Cheese Baked Casserole

Preheat oven to 350

1 oz. macaroni, cooked and drained

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 eggs

2/3 cup milk

1/4 teaspoon salt

dash of cayenne

1 Tablespoon finely chopped onion

Breadcrumbs (dry ½ loaf white bread in unheated oven 2-3 days then break into equal pieces)

¼ – ½ cup butter

Place cooked and drained macaroni in baking dish.

In bowl, beat to blend eggs, milk, salt, cayenne and onion. Add cheese and mix well. Add to macaroni and mix well.

Melt butter and sprinkle over breadcrumbs placed in a bowl. Mix well.

Cover top of macaroni with butter/breadcrumb mix.

Bake 40 minutes.
