Mix the following:
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
- 1/4 Cup Hot Water
- 1/2 teaspoon Cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon Allspice
Boil above to firm ball stage (238 degrees)
Add 2 Cups Walnuts. Stir until well coated.
Turn out on a flat surface and separate the nuts.
Cool and store tightly covered.
